Welcome to your new favorite ritual: sitting down, slowing down, and letting cheese lead the way.

Each class is part tasting, part storytelling, part “oh wow, what is that flavor?” It might remind you of your grandmother’s pantry, a beach in Spain, or your first kiss after a glass of wine. It’s less about being right and more about being present.

We believe your palate knows what it wants—you just need a moment (and maybe a little wine) to listen.

You’ll enjoy curated pairings of cheese, wine (or an equally fabulous non-alcoholic option), and all the right extras. It’s a night out, a memory-maker, and a low-stakes sensory adventure.

Space is limited and the vibes are strong.

Come 10 minutes early to settle in. After class, we’ll gladly cut you pieces of anything that stole your heart (and your taste buds).
