Why We Travel

Because every single time, something unforgettable happens. In Lyon, we cooked with (the spirit of) Paul Bocuse and spent the night drinking Sancerre so perfect it practically flirted with us. In Annecy, we watched people weep over tiny round zucchinis with caramelized onions because they tasted like pure joy. In Bra, we wandered from cheese stall to cheese stall at the Slow Food Festival and felt like kids in a very adult candy store.

Travel is where we find the stories that make Scott & Joe what it is. It is where we taste new ideas, steal inspiration from grandmothers and chefs, laugh with strangers who become friends, and remember why good food feels like love.

Our trips are small, personal, and delicious. They are built for people who want to explore the world through flavor, culture, queerness, curiosity, and a sense of fun. From France and Italy to Cuba and Mexico City, we go so we can bring more beauty, knowledge, and wonder back home to Nyack.
